Biography
Saubia Fatemi is a certified life coach through CTEDU, an ICF-accredited organization based in the US. In 2016, over what was supposed to be an exciting weekend full of dreams, Saubia discovered that her husband of 12 years and partner for 17 had become unwell. Without any known medical cause he died 3 days later leaving Saubia and their young kids, ages 5 and 8, to make sense of a situation that no mind is fully able to grasp unless they have lived it. Just as it is for so many of us, Saubia learned to work full time, take care of her home, and raise her 2 kids on her own, whilst managing to understand what grief was and how to mourn the loss of her husband, her identity and life as she knew it.
Somewhere in the midst of her grief journey, she discovered a mediation group and coach and there began her journey of now 4 years into self-discovery. During this period, Saubia began to recognize that her joy in life has always come from connecting with other individuals and being available to help them find their own path and happiness in life. Knowing her strengths of patience, presence, and human connections, Saubia became a certified life coach specializing in working with young widow moms who also are ready to delve into self-discovery, empowerment, and finding days of joy, purpose, wholeness, and fulfillment.
