Biography
Over 30 years of professional and personal experiences. Rooted in applied behavioral science and organizational and individual development, Catherine’s thirty years of integrated experiences reflect working with private, public, federal and non-profit organizations. She has facilitated leaders bringing teams together from remote work environments, facilitated team dynamics and group development, and supported leaders transitioning into high profile positions. Catherine especially enjoys leading retreats for working women and working mothers. Having navigated her own return to the workplace after illness and unexpected losses, Catherine is dedicated to supporting women in their professional and personal endeavors. After parenting three children of her own, later in life she blended families to include three more children.
