Biography
Tracie Taylor is the Founder of Forged to Thrive a career consulting & coaching firm designed to empower clients through their careers. She helps clients increase their salaries (in some cases 50%) and navigate the corporate recruiting process so that they can have jobs that make them want to jump out of bed in the morning. She has a particular gift for teaching Empaths, Highly Sensitive People (HSP), Highly Intuitive People (HIP), and just overall energetically sensitive beings how to tap into their personal power and thrive throughout their careers.
Ms. Taylor has over 20 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition and Corporate Human Resources. She has completed her Approved Coach Specific Training Hours (ACSTH) at George Mason University. She holds a Master of Science in Organizational Development & Knowledge Management from George Mason University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Africana Studies from Wellesley College.
