Camilla is the principal of the Maryland-based boutique-coaching firm NeuReality Coaching, LLC. She specializes in coaching concepts that are grounded in neuroscience, reflectiveinquiry and leadership principles. She believes a new reality is possible, at the neural level, through the client’s concurrent evolution of resilience, wellbeing and mindset, making a NeuReality possible. She coaches high potential leaders seeking to hone executive presence and leadership skills. She evokes theclients’ awareness around critical thinking, super-forecasting, decision-making, conflict management, and influence.
