Mr. Linzey is the Owner and Senior Business Consultant of 19Seventeen, LLC and serves as the Interim Director for the Anacostia Economic Development Corporation Small Business Development Center. He is also a Business Consultant serving businesses with the Greater Washington Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, and an Independent CFO serving clients of the CFO Services Group, LLC. Mr. Linzey has served on panels at Business Pitch Competitions, the latest being with the Washington, DC Street Entrepreneurs airing December 15, 2020.

I am a well-seasoned business advisor and consultant, with over 25 years of experience working in the private and public sectors. Originally from the United States Virgin Islands with Undergraduate Degree in Geography & Environmental Planning from Towson University and an MBA from UMGC. Before creating, 19Seventeen, LLC, I was employed with the United States Department of Commerce, the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Virgin Islands Territorial Emergency Management Agency (VITEMA), and had the honor to serve as an accredited Advisor of the United States at United Nations meetings in Geneva, Africa, the Caribbean, South American, and Central America.
