Ranieka has a knack for working with “game-changers in hiding,”; leaders who are allowing something to hold them back from embracing their true identity and career potential.
As an Executive Coach she is passionate about empowering underrepresented professionals who may be struggling to contribute their opinions and ideas, feel welcome at the table, and ask for what they deserve—from compensation to respect.
In addition to individual coaching clients, executive teams have benefited from Ranieka’s expertise in creating supportive learning opportunities for leaders and managers to learn how to think transformationally and uplift potential in their own team members.
Ranieka also works as an HR talent strategist, supporting the growth of diverse talent and driving innovation. She works to understand development needs while creating solutions involving assessment of performance and ensuring the necessary commitment for change.
