Biography
I am the owner of PMR Coaching and Consulting and am an organizational effectiveness consultant and ICF certified leadership coach. My company works with organizations to develop and implement solutions to those issues that affect employee morale, productivity, and retention. This includes culture and values assessments, workload and workflow evaluation and realignment, training, facilitation, and strategic planning. Additionally, I provide one on one coaching to high-potential mid-level managers and individual contributors who want to develop the skills, competencies, and behaviors needed to move into leadership roles.
I have over twenty-five years of leadership experience, where I worked for multinational corporations and top global advertising agencies, including Bayer Consumer Health and BBDO. I served in many management roles, which included leading cross-functional teams, brand management, and developing and launching new products. I hold a BA in Economics from the University of Maryland, College Park, and a Coaching Certificate from American University (Leadership Coaching for Organizational Performance). I am ACC credentialed from the International Coach Federation and am certified in DISC and Emotional Intelligence assessments. I serve as a mentor with the Prince George's County Economic Development Corporation and as a volunteer with Women for Change Coaching Community and the Metro DC ICF (International Coaching Federation) chapter, Professional Development Committee.
PMR Coaching and Consulting is certified as a WOSB and EDWOSB with the Small Business Administration (SBA), and a Minority/Disadvantaged/Small Business Enterprise through the State of Maryland.
