Biography
As a leadership coach, I am passionate about helping leaders achieve their highest potential, lead with authenticity, integrity, and connection.
My coaching approach is customized to each client, based on their needs and desired outcomes. I help leaders identify the patterns that have held them back, and partners with them to see new possibilities and build sustainable new competencies and behaviors to achieve outcomes that deeply matter to them.
I have coached leaders from small non-profit businesses to large for-profit businesses (Accenture, IBM).
I am PCC certified by the International Coach Federation and received my training from Georgetown University. I hold an M.A. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from George Mason University and am certified in numerous assessment instruments including:
