Trauma-Informed Coaching: Necessary, Better, and Not About Trauma
Presented by Susana Rinderle, PCC

Do you find your clients struggling in new ways? Are your traditional techniques and tools not working?

Are your clients ghosting you? Do you want to coach more clients of color, or other marginalized identities?

It may be that a trauma-informed approach to coaching is what you need. Trauma goes beyond a single horrific event – it also includes unrelenting stress like unrealistic workplace expectations, or slow burns like ongoing pandemics. Now, everyone has some level of trauma – including your c-suite clients. Trauma informed coaching is better coaching – for everyone. It’s a must have in 2024 and beyond!

Learning Objectives include:

- Understand the reality of what trauma is and where it lives,

-Learn how trauma and chronic stress show up in coaching sessions and clients’ lives,

- Gain clarity about how to be more trauma-informed (what to know and what to do), and

- Obtain 1-2 practical tools for regulating their own nervous system as coaches.
