What is this?
Join the Nature & Outdoor Community of Practice for a session on the Science of Awe!
Scientists indicate that experiencing moments of awe can help us lead our best life. Taking “Awe walks” intentionally can provide emotional, physical and spiritual benefits. Let’s explore together how we can create our own moments of awe and support our coachees in doing so. We will introduce some of the current thinking and then explore together the application for our coaching. Come with some of your own research and experiences of your moments of awe and it’s impact.
This session will be presented by COP leaders Christiane Frischmuth, PCC, and Russ Watts, PCC.
The session will be held online; a zoom link will be sent upon registration.
Participants will earn 1 Resource Development CCEU.
