Coach and Client: A Deep Dive Into Why Values Matter: How to Apply Them to All Relationships
Presented by Amy Schoen, PCC, CPCC

Relationships are the foundation of every interaction we have in our professional and personal life. Knowing one’s values defines who we choose as friends, who we decide to work with and who we marry or choose as a life partner. Come learn a deeper way to look at values and play in the sandbox of exploring your values. Learn how to bring into focus what truly matters for your clients and how to utilize these core values as a rudder for their life’s decisions.

Learning objectives include:
- The coach will explore why knowing one's values is instrumental to all successful relationships

- The coach will be able to identify one’s values with more depth and with greater specificity.

- The coach will identify one’s values as relationship values or personal values.
