  • Identify the Emotional Intelligence elements most associated with social justice
  • Engage in self-selected small group work and peer teaching to help share best practices on social justice 
  • Devise a personalized action plan to develop Emotional Intelligence and through  it greater ability to create a framework by which they can approach and engage  issues related to racial equity
