.5 Core, .5 RD Format: Panel Panelist: John Ellis and Dr. Sue Stein Moderator: TBD Panelist Bios: Dr. Sue Stein, ICF PCC . I am the course manager for the University of Government's (UGC) Team Coaching Skills (TCS) course ( a 6 week virtual class covering the basics of team and group coaching) and the TCS practicum on group coaching, entitled a Better You. I am a graduate of the Group Coaching Essentials course and an ICF PCC. My team coaching began with civilians in the military. My group coaching has included non profit, education and Government groups. John Ellis: My experience with team coaching began in the military when I served in different leadership roles. I became noted for the ability to build effective teams that produced value for the larger organization. At each level of leadership as an Army chaplain, I continued building teams and learning from experience what made a team successful and future-fit. I have used different assessments to determine the team personality and its strengths and weaknesses. Coaching teams in the connections between them and key stakeholders is important to the organization. Helping a team become a "team-of-teams" brings me great satisfaction! I have team coached military, Federal government (VA), church, and chaplaincy teams.
