The International Coaching Federation is more than a membership organization for coaches. We are a hub for all things related to coaching: coach community, coach training, coach credentialing and standards, thought leadership, coaching in organizations, pro bono coaching, and so much more.

Our Metro DC chapter is thriving, with the largest membership of any of ICF’s city chapters. We invest in the development of all of the above elements of coaching, right here in our local community in and around the nation’s capital. Volunteer leaders, serving on the ICF Metro DC Board of Directors, make it happen.

To ensure our chapter’s continuous improvement, we welcome current members of ICF Metro DC who are interested in contributing their professional expertise, making sure that our Board reflects the diversity of our chapter’s membership, and bettering our chapter’s offerings and contributions to the profession.
