Biography
As a professional coach and organization development consultant with over 15 years of experience spanning information technology, financial services, healthcare, and nonprofit consulting, Sailu specializes in helping clients find clarity and make empowered choices. Her coaching primarily incorporates principles from transactional analysis and positive psychology to co-create a path that leads to greater personal fulfillment and organizational well-being.
Sailu holds a master's in I/O psychology from the University of Maryland and a certificate in organization consulting and change leadership from Georgetown University. She is also certified to administer the MBTI instrument and Hogan suite of personality assessments.
