Biography
Freddi Brown, PCC, NBC-HWC, is an executive and leadership development coach and founder of Figure It Out LLC, a Washington, DC coaching practice serving the US and abroad. She works with emerging leaders and high-potential talent as well as senior executives, including C-suite leaders. A two-decade background in enterprise technology grounds her coaching practice, giving her firsthand insight into the pressures technical and business leaders face.
She has developed and delivered leadership development programs and workshops on topics such as Understanding Yourself as a Leader, Leading Through Change, and Cross-Cultural Leadership Communication. Her practice also includes designing and debriefing 360-degree assessments.
Freddi also serves as adjunct lecturer at Georgetown University's Institute for Transformational Leadership, where she teaches Social and Structural Determinants of Health (SDOH), cultural humility, and coaching bias within the Institute's dually NBHWC and ICF-accredited Health and Wellness Coaching certificate program. Her perspective on health and wellness for leaders has appeared in Forbes.
She is a Commissioner on the DC Commission for Women, where she chairs the Education and Career Development Committee, and serves as Vice President of the board of the Family Center for Holistic Living.
