With over 20 years of service as a U.S. Federal Government officer, including extensive work with international organizations, I bring a wealth of experience to enable my clients to navigate complex organizational dynamics and succeed in public service leadership. I hold certifications in Executive/Leadership, Well-being, Transitions Coaching, Team Coaching, and Hogan Assessments, alongside a DEI certification. I create and hold space for individuals or teams to achieve their greatest potential while cultivating inclusive and equitable environments that thrive on effectiveness, communication, and collaboration.
