Biography
I am deeply passionate about helping my clients pursue what truly matters to them. As a cancer survivor, I transitioned from academia to coaching with a mission to empower others to live the life they love.
As a compassionate, creative leadership coach and equine-learning facilitator, my positive energy is contagious. I excel at building trust, boosting confidence and vision, and modeling authentic leadership with my clients.
Certified in Executive Leadership Coaching by Georgetown University’s Institute for Transformational Leadership, I also offer transformative horse-partnered coaching retreats near Washington, D.C., designed to foster personal growth and connection.
With 18 years of experience in academic research, teaching, and leadership on both sides of the Atlantic, I bring a unique perspective to my coaching. My career spans roles such as assistant professor in contemporary history at Universität Marburg, Feodor Lynen Postdoc Fellow with the Humboldt Foundation at Wolfson College, Cambridge University, and DAAD postdoc fellow at Johns Hopkins School of International Studies (SAIS) in Washington, D.C. I hold a Ph.D. and M.A. in history from Universität Tübingen and a Maîtrise from Université de Provence Aix-Marseille.
