I am a Certified Professional Coach with over 35 years of experience in public service. During my career, I had the privilege of building public trust by leading teams, building stakeholder coalitions and caring about the customer's experience. I am passionate about supporting individuals and organizations achieve their goals, overcome challenges, and transform organizational mindset and culture. I have a strong background in developing leaders, organizational excellence, and sound decision-making. I am an ICF-certified, professionally trained coach with years of experience coaching managers and executives. My coaching philosophy is founded on the core values of empathy, respect, and a deep commitment to honoring a client’s personal autonomy. She is passionate about helping others discover and leverage their strengths, achieve their goals, and reach their full potential.
