Background & Experience :
Sabine Kennedy is the founder (2012) and manager of Juggle Coaching, supporting organizations in people development through a bespoke 3C approach:
Coaching – Consulting – Creativity
Sabine is French-American. Prior to launching her company she accumulated 15 years of experience starting with finance but then specializing in marketing and sale including international program management. Since
2012, some achievements include :
• training and coaching over 1,000 professionals,
• leading & designing bespoke science based development, training and coaching programs,
• facilitating to enhance team collaboration en performance including C-suite
• being an ICF (International Coaching Federation) Board Member
• public speaking in front of large audiences, lastly for the 2024 Olympics.
In addition to managing Juggle Coaching she was Project Director for NGI Enrichers a program funded by the European Commission under Horizon Europe helping to develop the talent and the outreach of researchers and
innovators cross Atlantic and Coach Community manager for Omind Neurotechnologies support as well the development of the company on the US market.
Personal Elements
As a TCK (third culture kid), having lived in 3 different countries by the age of 8 and having alternated every 2 to 3 years between France and the US until the year 2000 Sabine is at ease with international teams. This also led to raising two sons (18 and 21) bilingual and bicultural. Other fields of interest include : house renovation, nature, and international travel. Aside from providing corporate services, Sabine has the priviledge of being one of the few speakers for International Horse Shows in France. The International Jumping of Dinard attracts 10,000 spectators. Being in front of a large audience has allowed her to develop skills her leadership clients sometimes struggle with. Working with horses since childhood including at liberty is a passion as well as an endless resource to developping her leadership and communication acuteness. More recently Sabine has added yoga to balance the intensity of her day to day.
