Biography
Amanda Sharma is a Leadership Coach and a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and the ICF DC Metro Chapter, with a coaching career starting in 2005.
Throughout her career, Amanda has pursued professional growth, earning an MBA in Executive Leadership, a Master of Resource Law Studies, and certifications as a Certified Floodplain Manager (CFM), Associate Certified Coach (ACC), Prosci Certified Change Practitioner, and SAFe Agile Practitioner. Early in her career, she embraced leadership coaching, guiding individuals and organizations through complex challenges. She has also served as an adjunct professor, teaching courses in leadership, ethics, and environmental law.
In 2021, Amanda shifted her career to focus on technology, driving data-driven solutions to enhance disaster preparedness and hazard mitigation efforts. Building on her expertise in disaster management and coaching, she founded Place Mosaic LLC, a consulting firm that collaborates with various organizations and agencies to advance community resilience and contribute to a safer, more prepared society.
