Biography
I am a Professional Coach and a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and the ICF DC Metro Chapter, with a coaching career that began in 2005. Although I now live in Kansas, I maintain strong ties with the D.C. area through my continued affiliation with the ICF DC Metro Chapter and my numerous clients in the region. I am a certified professional coach (ACC), change practitioner, and seasoned alternative dispute resolution (ADR) professional. I excel in managing diverse views and resolving conflicts, fostering an environment where constructive dialogue leads to positive outcomes. My ability to navigate and mediate conflicting interests ensures that all voices are heard and considered, resulting in balanced and inclusive solutions. As the President and Founder of Place Mosaic LLC, I am dedicated to enhancing community resilience and fostering a more prepared society. With two decades of experience in local and federal government and the nonprofit sector, my expertise includes land-use planning, emergency management, district revitalization, and natural resource law and policy. I hold an Executive MBA and a Master in Resource Law Studies (MRLS) from the University of Denver.
