My work helps to positively advance the mission of the organization to maximize the potential of human capital. I am an ICF certified Executive Coach (PCC) and Associate Professional Human Resource Professional (aPHR). I am the Chief Executive Coach of the Total Life Consultancy LLC and also hold certifications in Mediation, Diversity, Corporate Trainer, Talent and Executive Management as well as Conflict Resolution and Six Sigma Green Belt. My mission is to help do the courageous work that brings about real transformation.
