With over 15 years of expertise in executive coaching, training, and development and over 12 years as a mental health therapist and career counseling professional, Mark empowers professionals at all levels to navigate their career paths with keen insight. As an International Coaching Federation Associate Certified Coach and Mentor Coach (ACC), Mark combines compassion, respect, emotional intelligence, trust building, empathic listening and communication skills, and results-driven goal setting to individuals at all levels of their personal and professional development. Mark is particularly skilled in working with professionals with a history of addictions and mental health issues as well as the LGBTQ+ community. As a retired federal employee, Mark has over 10 years of successfully coaching current and former federal workers. Mark brings dedication and passion to serving as a coach and is committed to empowering individuals to create meaningful change in their lives.
