Biography
As an educator, trainer, therapist, and professional coach (PCC), over the past two dozen years I have worked with hundreds of individuals dealing with many types of issues, including stress management, career transitions, relationship issues, leadership development, spirituality and finding purpose, and health and wellness. I have also worked with small business owners, entrepreneurs, and executives, focusing on both individual and organizational goals and success strategies.
I love my work and enjoy offering my clients the best of my multidisciplinary training in education, counseling, business, coaching, and wellness by combining all my skills to provide an easy, friendly and profound coaching experience—hopefully the kind of experience that is different from what many have experienced before. My style is conversational, and my approach is future oriented, strengths-based, and aspiration driven.
I have over 25 years of professional experience in the field of education, psychology, and training & development. My degrees include a BA in Psychology from the University of Virginia, a Master’s in Counseling from the College of William & Mary, an MBA in Management & Human Resources from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and a PhD in Educational Leadership, also from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. My coach training was completed through CoachU, MentorCoach, and Goal Imagery Institute, and my health and fitness training is through the American Council on Exercise.
