Biography
Mindy’s leadership coaching builds on her extensive career as a successful healthcare and wellness consultant in the Washington DC area. As a graduate of George Mason University’s Leadership Coaching for Organizational Well-Being professional certification program, Mindy coaches with a distinctive well-being approach. With authenticity and compassion, she supports clients in exploring and stepping into their leadership potential.
Over the course of her profession, Mindy has worked with non-profits and private companies, and federal, state and local government agencies,. She is an established organizational leader, understanding first-hand the complexities of leading in a mission-based organization.
As an executive leadership coach, Mindy partners with clients to explore strengths, cultivate resiliency, develop leadership presence and expand perspectives to achieve and sustain change. Using powerful coaching tools and exercises, clients are invited to deepen self-awareness, identify priorities, examine vision and values, and generate new possibilities for creating optimal choices going forward.
Mindy’s diverse coaching client portfolio includes individual contributors and middle-senior managers across many commercial and industry sectors, at non-profits, in government including the military.
She is an engaged community volunteer, participating in county-sponsored emerging leaders programs and serving as a pro bono coach for ICF DC Metro. She has served on the George Mason University (GMU) Coaching Community steering committee and mentored graduating GMU leadership coaching students. As a past president of a non-profit board she proud to serve as coach mentor to sitting board of director presidents. Her additional training as a Positive Intelligence Coach supports the well-being of individual leaders and organizational teams.
