Biography
Reginald is a retired United States Marine Corps veteran with more than four decades of experience in leadership development and has been a professional coach since 2013. His primary area of expertise is Information Technology Project Management, specifically in the finance and healthcare industries. Additional areas of focus are organizational, and systems change management, team building, and strategic planning. His clients range from senior executives to emerging leaders in both the public and private sectors.
With a keen ability to deconstruct even the most complex issues and identifying patterns and themes, Reginald applies the use of metaphors, vignettes, and imagery as a way of anchoring coaching concepts to every applicable situation. Having an appreciation for process and logic, he’s able to help his clients employ repeatable systems and frameworks that apply to real life situations, allowing them to effectively address future challenges with confidence. His passion for coaching extends far beyond client engagements. In support of the coaching community, he serves as a coach supervisor, as well as a coach trainer and facilitator, supporting multiple coach training programs.
Reginald is based out of the Washington, D.C metro area. He is certified to administer a host of assessments including, Benchmarks® assessments, WorkPlace Big 5 Profile, Hogan, FIRO® B and FIRO® Business, MHS EQ-i 2.0 and EQ 360, and Strength Deployment Inventory 2.0.
