There is a misnomer that successful management translates into impactful leadership. Navigating an executive transition alone is often daunting, as newly promoted executives struggle to move from expert to leader.
In thirteen years of coaching experience, I have witnessed this time and time again, and it costs! Leader burnout and unrealized organizational impact are two potential outcomes organizations and leaders will experience when there is a lack of intentional leader development. In this unique space, I partner and support leaders in navigating this shift successfully.
I am a 30-year Army veteran with 18 years in special operations, the current president of the Metro DC ICF chapter, and a coaching fellow at George Mason University. My coaching practice is anchored in practical experience, supported by academic depth, and grounded in advanced degrees and certifications that drive sustainable change. I am a current doctoral student with 13 years of executive leadership and team coaching experience. I am known as a trusted advisor leaders turn to when the stakes are high and traditional approaches fall short. Whether navigating organizational complexity or stepping into expanded roles with confidence, executives consistently choose me for my ability to cut through the noise and create clarity that drives actions.
