Pascale Brady, founder and President of Global Life Coaching, is The Challenge Coach.
She is a life and business coach, consultant, trainer and speaker with 30 years of professional experience, both in the corporate world and as an entrepreneur.
As a Business Coach and Consultant, she guides executives and managers individually or as part of groups or teams to successfully master their challenges and effectively resolve problems by encouraging courageous growth, respectful communication, and meaningful conversations. With a keen awareness of each client’s bottom line, Pascale draws upon vast corporate experience to productively lead executives and managers to realize better performance.
As a Life Coach, Pascale empowers individuals, couples, and groups to overcome challenges in life or at work, specializing in those related to transitions and relationships. She also guides international expatriates and their families toward successful integration with their new culture and surroundings, and coaches parents to build and strengthen healthy, harmonious adult-child relationships in the home.
As a Mentor Coach, Pascale supports coaches in training toward attainment of their (next) coaching credential, by coaching and giving feedback in a collaborative, appreciative and dialogued process based on observation of live or recorded coaching sessions.
Pascale’s fearless, energetic, and enthusiastic style of coaching is wrapped in deep human compassion, which has helped her clients plow through obstacles to reach a more fulfilled, balanced and therefore happier life and work.
