Biography
At Pivot Fairy LLC, I coach professionals through leadership, career and strategic transitions, helping them turn complex questions and untapped possibilities into clearer thinking and a path forward.
I’m a senior executive, Certified Master Coach, and strategist whose career has spanned the federal government, nonprofits, associations and the private sector. I’ve led organizations, built programs from the ground up, developed enterprise-wide talent strategies, and advised leaders facing complex organizational and growth challenges.
That range of experience has shaped how I work as a coach. I’m interested in what happens at the intersection of people, organizations, careers and change—and in helping experienced professionals make sense of where they are, what they’ve learned, and what they want to do next. Sometimes that means navigating a career transition. Sometimes it’s stepping into a new level of leadership or working through a difficult professional decision.
My approach is strategic, curious and grounded in the belief that good coaching doesn’t require me to have all the answers. My role is to help you think more clearly, see possibilities you may not have considered, recognize the connections between your experience and your goals, and make decisions that are right for you. I’m particularly drawn to working with seasoned professionals who are navigating change, growth or uncertainty.
