AI offers new possibilities and innovative tools for coaches looking to better serve their clients, expand their influence, and grow their businesses. This session introduces generative AI’s application in enhancing client relationships, personalizing growth strategies, and optimizing business tasks. Coaches will engage in practical, hands-on exploration of AI tools to automate repetitive tasks and improve client collaboration.

Imagine quickly analyzing client feedback to personalize coaching strategies or managing follow-up communication effortlessly. We will explore how these tools can be applied immediately to save time, increase client impact, and enable deeper, more meaningful coaching experiences. 
Designed for coaches at all levels of AI familiarity, this session provides practical, real-world applications and explores ethical considerations. Attendees will leave with Free AI resources and tools to continue their learning journey and confidently integrate AI into their coaching practice.

About the Presenter:
Lei partners with individuals, teams, and organizations amplifying and elevating their communication skills, relationships, and leadership effectiveness. Lei is a highly effective Leadership & Executive Coach, Facilitator, Keynote Speaker, AI Skill Development Trainer & Coach, and Learning & Development Consultant with over 25 years of strategic and operational experience in healthcare as well as over 5 years in hospitality. She has held many internal leadership roles in corporate settings as well as is the founder of her own consulting firm. Lei is a master facilitator certified in a variety of assessment tools, holds the PCC accreditation through the International Coaching Federation (ICF), Maxwell Leadership Team Certified Speaker, Coach, and Trainer, Certified Positive Intelligence Coach (CPQC) and Certified AI Skill Development Coach. She is known for being a thought partner and has a passion for helping others reach beyond their goals through increased self-awareness with an objective to empower effectiveness and engagement with each client!
