We will be just a few weeks away from the Fall equinox - transitioning from summer to fall, getting ready for shorter days, colder weather, food that is available in the fall and everything that may get evoked during this season and during this transition. What can learn about transitions from nature and the change of seasons? How can that support our coaching?
