Program Description:

As coaches, we walk a fine line between technique and connection, structure, and instinct. We believe that it is when we are able to weave methodology with the inner landscape of both coach and coachee that the transformational magic happens. This is the artistry of coaching.

In this workshop, participants will receive coaching tips on how to more effectively integrate the ICF Core Competencies, broaden their perspective of the coaching process, authentically leverage their own instinct and style into their practices.
About Elias Scultori:
Elias Scultori is a seasoned leadership and executive coach renowned for his expertise in empowering leaders to seamlessly integrate the coach approach into their leadership styles. Elias has coached and trained leaders in over 40 countries on six continents. His coaching mindset and approach are focused on optimizing engagement, purpose, innovation, productivity, and growth for individuals and teams, cascading in a transformative impact on their organizations and communities.
With a substantial personal and professional development investment, Elias holds the prestigious Master Certified Coach (MCC) designation from the International Coaching Federation (ICF). He is an official certification assessor for the ICF and operates as a registered Mentor Coach. Elias is now a faculty member at UT Dallas, and more recently, Elias has combined all his experience and mastery of coaching to cofound the PRIME Coaching Academy, embracing an even more prominent role in shaping the next generation of coaching professionals. Elias is also the host of PRIME SPACE podcast.

Beyond the domain of coaching, Elias emerges as a versatile individual holding a master’s degree in music from the Westminster Choir College in Princeton, NJ, and years of experience working in the NYC marketing industry, engaging with clients such as DoubleClick (Google), BP (British Petroleum), and MetLife. A trained photographer and devoted meditator in the Vipassana tradition, Elias also nurtures a love for opera, travel, and ethnic cuisine. Elias is a native of Brazil and has been a resident of the USA since 1992. After over three decades in the NY metro area, Elias now resides in St. Petersburg, FL.
