About this event
Leadership Perspectives and Nature
Leaders make decisions based on the information they have. When should you, as a leader, seek more details? When should you look at the bigger picture? How does changing your perspective on a situation change your decision making?
Nature is full of literal and metaphorical perspective shifting. Join the ICF Metro DC Nature & Outdoor Coaching Community of Practice, and facilitator Jennifer Wills, ACC, for a discussion about ways you can bring Nature into the leadership perspectives conversation with clients.
About Jennifer Wills:
Jennifer Wills, ACC, is a leadership, well-being and nature coach and instructor. She lives in central Virginia and works with clients across North America. She coaches individuals from many sectors and roles, from nonprofits to tech companies, individual contributors to executives. Nature has been a force throughout her entire life and she shares that through her coaching. She developed a method for coaching called Nature Roaming, during which she takes individuals and groups into nature to reflect on an intention, connect with nature and themselves, and devise a plan to grow from the experience. She co-created the Community of Practice for Outdoor and Nature Coaching as a space for coaches and others to share resources and their passion for nature coaching.
The session will be held online; a zoom link will be sent upon registration.
Participants will earn 1 Resource Development CCEU.
