Join this workshop to explore how to find resilience during challenging times. Small group, facilitated discussion, will center around the following topics:
- How to recognize when someone is in distress
- Resilience tools and techniques
- How are you doing, really?
- How to manage the anxiety/sense of feeling overwhelmed
- How to create community
About the DEI Committee:
The purpose of the ICF Metro DC DEI Committee is to educate, promote, and support understanding of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging issues as they relate to coaching and coaching clients.
