Team Coaching: Navigating Common Contract Challenges
Presented by Glain Roberts-McCabe, Jacqueline Peters, and Michelle Chambers

We continually hear people say that Team coaching is challenging. And it is! There are so many people and agendas in the room, so many dynamics (both internal and external) to manage and, as teams gain deeper collective awareness, they often want to 'change the brief'!

It’s critical for team coaches to stay firmly focused on aligning everyone to a clear, mutual purpose, with the team as the client. There are three key components of the team coaching process that help to keep the collective goals front of mind: contracting, managing scope and then closing off and measurement.

Glain, Michelle and Jacqueline will discuss, probe, and share insights from their decades of experience working with teams to help team coaches successfully navigate these important aspects of the coaching process. Bring your questions and experiences and be ready to engage in a dynamic discussion.
