Program Description: 

Discover a self-care hack to bolster your DEI strategic planning, training, and coaching conversations. As DEI practitioners and coaches, we must “put our oxygen mask on first.” This workshop will equip you with evidence-based self-care strategies to cultivate resilience, prevent burnout, and optimize your well-being for long-term impact. Explore practical mindfulness techniques, discover creative approaches to self-compassion, and develop a personalized self-care plan to become a more sustainable and effective DEI champion and coach.

- Apply research-backed self-care strategies to manage stress and maintain well-being effectively. 
- Integrate practical mindfulness techniques into daily routines to enhance emotional resilience.

About Melody Gratic: 

Melody Gratic, M.Ed, CDP® is the CEO/Founder of XcelMil, LLC, an Executive Management Consulting Firm specializing in Leadership Development, Strategic Planning, Change Management, Executive Coaching, and Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging.

 

She graduated from a Level 1 coaching program and is working towards her ACC. Melody is also a certified John Maxwell Coach, Trainer, and Speaker and a certified Soldiers to Sidelines coach.

 

Melody leverages her military and nonprofit experience to coach senior executives in the federal, commercial, private, and nonprofit sectors.
