About this event

Honey, I Coached the Kids!
Part of the ICF Metro DC "What Do MCCs Know Anyway?" series

Being a leader today means navigating situations that are increasingly volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous. Which, as anyone who's raised a family will admit, sounds an awful lot like parenting. Struggling to show up at home as powerfully as you show up for your clients? Please join ICF Metro DC for a midday panel (when we have childcare!) of MCC credential holders raising kids under 10. We'll explore how even the most hair-raising time you spend with your family can be the perfect way to elevate your skills in each of the ICF core competencies.

Learning Objectives:
1) Coaches will be equipped to mentally and emotionally prepare for family interactions

2) Coaches will be equipped to acknowledge and support family members' expression of feelings, perceptions, concerns, beliefs and suggestions

3) Coaches will be confident engaging their families in a space of not knowing

Panelists:

Gideon Culman, MCC
Allexis Tuccio, MCC
Edward Macdonald, MCC
Hannah Finrow, MCC

CCEUs: 0.75 Core Curriculum, 0.75 Resource Development
CCEUs are awarded only to those who attend events in real-time.
