Team Coaching - Striving for Greatness
Presented by Paul Lawrence

In this workshop we will be reviewing the current state of play in team coaching, identifying current areas of disagreement and debate. Participants will be invited to navigate their way through these arguments with reference to the 3Ps framework, further clarifying their team coaching model and approach. Paul will illustrate the evolution of a personal team coaching model with reference to his own model, based on years of practice and two years meta-research. He will share 15 cool ideas that emerged from that research and show how those ideas translate into practical application.

Learning Objectives:

  • Achieve a broad understanding of the research and literature on team effectiveness. Learn the 15 ‘cool ideas’ that emerged from the research, and their practical application
  • Understand how to conduct initial engagements with a prospective client, and remain aligned with client for duration of an assignment
  • Further appreciate the importance of dialogue, team dynamics and systems thinking in working with teams and what that means for the practical practitioner
