CoCo Café will host an interactive session exploring the ethical challenges faced by coaching professionals. The discussion will be led by Janet Wilson, PCC and Sue McMahon, PCC, members of the ICF Ethics Advocacy Team, who both bring years of ethics experience and expertise to the conversation.



The discussion will delve into:



• Ethical dilemmas experienced or witnessed by coaches.

• Personal ethical scenarios contemplated by coaches.

• Ethical decision-making challenges



To allow for meaningful conversation, participants are invited to bring ethical challenges either witnessed or experienced, or any ethical dilemmas you find yourself thinking about.
