The Surprising Gift of Doubt: Why Your Client's Uncertainty May Mean They're On The Verge Of Greatness
Presented by Marc Pitman, CSP
Life is challenging in the best of times. Even more so now. What do you do when you don't know what the next steps are? How do you keep going and help your clients keep going when doubt seems to meet you on every call? Could their doubt mean you're broken as a coach?
Leadership development expert Marc A. Pitman says that doubt might mean your clients are on the verge of greatness! In this session, he'll show you why doubt is a normal part of growth and the coaching process. And the surprising gift it can be - if they have the courage to use it.
You'll find an ICF core competency based framework you can use with your clients - and with yourself. And you'll learn 9 tools that can help you grow your certainty. Even in the most trying of times.
You'll leave being able to:
- Identify where on the growth journey your clients are,
- Ask powerful questions inviting them to examine their favorite stories and movies to identify their unique approach to your work,
- And help them set goals that are human-centered and involve their entire lives.
