Direct Communication, the Other Critical Communication Competency

Larry Westberg, the Government Community of Practice Co-Chair, will facilitate an interactive discussion around the other critical ICF Communication Competency – Direct Communication. We will refer often to ICF Competency 7 – Direct Communication -

How do you set up this relationship up in your coaching? What tips do have for using the direct communication skill? What works best for your clients? What do you do to set those perfect coaching moments where the rest of the world fades away? How do you keep coaching bias and attachment out of your coaching? How does trust and comfort play into direct communication? What techniques do you use with new clients? What coaching mistakes have you made in using direct communication? Join us on February 8th to explore this critical ICF Competency!
