In this webinar you will learn the four building blocks necessary to establish and grow a successful independent coaching practice.  The business basics within each of those four building blocks will be identified and explored in a highly interactive format.  You will walk away from this webinar with a clear idea of what all is required to succeed and have a clear sense of how ready you are to take that big step.

Frank Ball has been an independent organizational consultant and leadership coach since 1995.  In addition to his coaching and consulting practice, he was a faculty member in Georgetown University’s Leadership Coaching Certificate Program for more than a dozen years.  In his coaching work he has been particularly effective in helping those who have completed a coach training program manage their own transition into a successful coaching practice.  His advice and counsel are frequently sought out by many who have learned how to coach and have yet to master the steps of building a successful coaching business.  Frank’s knowledge of the business side of coaching is deepened through his experience founding five companies himself and investing in twenty-three start-up businesses through an angel investing group he co-founded in 2008.  He received his initial coach training through New Ventures West, was designated a PCC in 1999 and an MCC in 2005.

Christina Swartz has been an independent consultant and coach for over ten years, primarily helping leaders and leadership teams increase their personal and organizational effectiveness.  As an ICF leadership coach, Christina has coached in a wide variety of organizations in the Federal and local government sectors, the non-profit sector and for-profit companies.  Christina co-founded Great Coaches to provide individual and group support for coaches who are starting their coaching practices or facing challenges with their business and coaching clients.  Great Coaches is the third company that she has either founded or co-founded over the past ten years.  Her experience as an entrepreneur and small business owner has laid the ground for her to offer support to other coaches who are embarking on the same journey.  Christina is a graduate of the Georgetown University’s Leadership Coaching Certificate Program and is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC).  Her formal education includes a bachelor’s degree with Honors from the University of Mary Washington and graduate study at Old Dominion and Shenandoah Universities.
