Resilience Coaching: Supporting your clients to reach their goals ease

December 6 @ 12:00 pm - 1:30 pm

CCEs – 1.5 Core Competencies

Do you ever notice your clients at some point hanging back from going forward on their most cherished goals?

This experience is called Trouble at the Border, and it happens to most of us, especially as we’re going toward something that has real meaning for us.

In this webinar you will see how to:

  1. Identify Trouble at the Border, so that you can help clients move past it with ease.
    2. Coach clients to observe, and go beyond, the negative self-talk called Monkey Mind (you’ll
receive a simple tool to do this with ease).
    3. Support your clients to discover the specific contributions they are here to make, using an
instrument called the Life’s Intentions Inventory.
    4. Acknowledge clients for the courage it takes to face this experience.

You will also learn three clear strategies for supporting your clients to do what they said would do, with clarity, focus, ease and grace.

Questions and comments will be welcome! This webinar is the result of over 35 years experience coaching thousands to live the life they were meant to live.
