Horse Sense for Leaders

Leadership principles and coaching competencies come alive as horse whisperer Louis Wood embodies the best of leadership coaching with his ‘client’- a 2,000-pound horse.  Louis’ approach to leadership development engages the heart, mind and body to create meaningful partnerships with clients and colleagues.  Leadership and coaching skills are experienced at a deeper level as Louis demonstrates with his horse, the same principles we share with our human clients.

This is the leadership program chosen by 100s of Fairfax County First Responders to develop and refine their team interactions. This unique event is open to members of the ICF Metro DC Chapter, your coaching clients and their teams. Come as a group or as an individual and jump into discussions that will deepen your approach to coaching and leading.
