Biography
Larry Moss is CEO and founder of Azimuth Consulting, LLC. With the goal of helping companies build healthy cultures and develop a strong leadership foundation, Larry’s vision is to position Azimuth Consulting as the most trusted firm for transformational leadership development.
With over 30 years of leadership experience in the military, federal service, academia, and GovCon, Larry has developed a passion for developing leaders who transform their organizations and community. Larry understands the power of continuous and intentional growth for leaders to reach their full potential.
Larry graduated with a Master of Science degree in Organizational Leadership from Columbia Southern University. He is an International Coaching Federation certified coach and team coach. He is the author of The Servant Leader’s Journey: Lessons for Emerging Leaders, The New Normal: Leading and Managing Generation Z Employees, and Authentic Leadership: The Power Of Keeping It Real. He is a father of four, grandfather of two, and scout leader with the Boy Scouts of America.
