Biography
I am a certified coach and graduate of the Leadership Coaching Program at Georgetown University’s Insititute of Transformational Change. I come to coaching with over a decade in politics and government, including as a political appointee in the Obama Administration, where I have advised senior leaders on decisions regarding policy, personnel, and management challenges.
I founded Unearth Coaching to help individuals find and bring forth their most authentic selves. I am a keen observer and can often see the unique gifts and talents you possess before you do. Weirdos welcome!
My core value is kindness. Being engaged in the complexity of this world is challenging enough without it. Kindness is not passive; it is a practice that requires both compassion and candor.
