Biography

Jill L. Barrett is one of the country’s most creative and effective leadership coaches. Named a top innovator who is shaping Washington, DC's future by Washington Life Magazine, Jill is a sought-after coach, speaker and consultant with clients that include WarnerMedia, Salesforce, Ball Corporation, The Washington Post, The Wharton School, DC Public Schools, Alarm.com and many other regional, national and multinational organizations. Her focus is on modern leadership and team alignment, leveraging tools such as mindfulness, authentic communication, emotional intelligence, somatic awareness and work/life balance.

Jill is the CEO of Evolve, Conscious Business Coach at BetterUp and Member of the External Relations Committee of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP). She serves her local community as Interim Executive Director at The Lever Fund, where she advances effective growth mechanisms for economically vulnerable populations in the Greater Washington region. Jill is former Director at Ashoka, a global NGO and the world's largest network of social entrepreneurs and former Public Liaison to the technology sector on behalf of the DC Office of the Chief Technology Officer.

Jill holds an Integral Coach® credential from world-class coaching school New Ventures West and an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential from the International Coach Federation (ICF). She lives in Washington, DC with her family.
