Executive & Leadership Coaching
We need leaders who are self-aware, able to navigate difficult conversations, inclusive and resilient. I work with women leaders who are motivated and driven to affect profound change. I work with clients to:
- Identify core strengths & values and how to use them in leading
- Sharpen their sense of purpose and what they want
- Recover balance, feel grounded and in control
- Strengthen their resources and relationships
- Inspire others
I am a leadership coach with an MA in International Affairs, Executive Certificate in Organizational Consulting & Change Leadership, Certificate in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace, and ICF-certified as a Professional Co-Active Coach. I am passionate about supporting women to step into their leadership ability and bring their talents to the world; and helping organizational leaders get unstuck. Before becoming a coach, I held executive, senior program management, and research positions working on global women’s leadership, cross-cultural education, and environmental sustainability. My roles with federal, international and nonprofit sectors have included client-facing, supervisory, strategic planning, business development, and capacity building responsibilities. I am inspired by my clients’ “A-HA” moments, hiking, kayaking, camping, dog and cat loving, family connection, friendships, and traveling.
