Join us for a discussion of Relationship System Intelligence and how you can use it with teams, partnerships, and couples.  Together we will cover some tools and techniques to help you work with teams to support them in being more effective and creating stronger relationships.

Floyd Carlson is a certified coach in Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC) from CRR Global, Neurotransformational Coach (CNTI), and an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC).  He helps teams, business partners and couples to reenergize their relationships and support for each other.  Through his own company Relatence, he also coaches Executives and individuals.  He is a member of CRR Global’s certification staff, a Front of the Room Leader and the North American Corporate Sales Executive and responsible for business development. 

 

Prior to joining CRR Global, Floyd was responsible for Learning and Development for a manufacturing company Greenheck, a North American leader in the design and manufacture of HVAC systems.  He has been with Cisco in Belgium for 14 years where he led number of cross-cultural teams focused on solving customers’ most important business problems for Europe, Middle East and Africa.  He has 13 years’ experience in the US Army and was an Airborne, Ranger, Infantry Officer, who served in Germany, Operations Desert Storm, and Panama and commanded two companies in the 101st Airborne Division. 

 

Floyd has been leading teams for over 30 years, developing leadership skills in Crises Management, Sales, Operations, Strategy, Information Technology and Leadership Development.  His sports and work experience has helped him to create and coach teams to overcome challenges and failure to deliver business innovation.  Floyd is the author of “Conscious Leadership in Action” (Panoma Press, 2015).  www.linkedin.com/in/floyd-carlson
