Have you ever watched an MCC coaching demo and felt the flow and presence but just didn’t know how to embody that flow into your own coaching journey? Ellen Fulton, MCC and Jennifer Starr, MCC are teaming together in this interactive opportunity to explore masterful coaching distinctions that are critical for every coach to embody as you deepen your coaching IQ. Embodying your coaching at this deep, sacred level is entering into a full-body dance in a connected way where presence and partnering take center stage. On this stage, possibilities for transformation emerge.

Join us for this powerful session in which we will leverage your wisdom and that of your peers to notice and tease out masterful coaching distinctions. This session will include a MCC coaching demonstration followed by a debrief and discussion. Together we will explore the thinking and experience of the MCC coach to cultivate awareness of what was unfolding from the coach’s perspective. Participants will be asked to explore what curiosities, questions, and coaching moves were present for them as they watched.
